Jerry Zouantcha Founder, Ballerz Football Academy | Assistant Coach, American University The game has always been more than just performance. Jerry played Division I soccer at American University, where he helped lead the program to a conference championship, earned Team MVP honors, and received First Team recognition. But what stayed with him wasn’t just the results — it was the process behind them. Now serving as an assistant coach at American University, one of the top programs in the Patriot League, Jerry works daily within a high-performance environment where details matter and development is intentional. Three years ago, he founded Ballerz Football Academy with a simple belief: That players develop best when they are challenged with purpose, guided with clarity, and allowed to grow without fear. At Ballerz, his work focuses on helping players understand the game — not just play it. From technical detail to decision-making, every session is built to connect training to real moments on the field.
